My Journey
My journey into cybersecurity began with a fascination for forensic science, which I pursued at university in New Zealand. As I delved deeper into the discipline, I discovered the compelling world of digital forensics—where technology meets investigation—and from there, my interest naturally expanded into the broader field of cybersecurity.
What started as curiosity quickly evolved into a passion for protecting digital systems, understanding cyber threats, and exploring how technology shapes (and is shaped by) human behavior. Alongside my technical education, I also pursued studies in history and classics, with a particular interest in philosophy. This interdisciplinary background has given me a unique lens through which I approach cybersecurity—particularly in the ethical and human-centric dimensions of cybercrime and digital responsibility.
